How do I book a transfer online?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your pickup, drop-off locations and any waiting time if applicable, choosing your vehicle, and confirming your booking. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We provide a premium fleet including executive saloons, luxury estate vehicles, and Mercedes Vito van for group travel. All vehicles are chauffeur-driven and maintained to the highest standard.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any amendments made to the booking within 24 hours may incur a £20 admin fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the journey start time or pick up time: are non-refundable. Cancellations will incur a full charge or partial charge, depending on the individual circumstances and evidence provided. Please refer to our terms and conditions section.

Cancellations made within the 24 hour window: will incur an additional charge of 20% cancellation fee applies, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time are fully refundable.

Is there a meet-and-greet service at airports?

Yes if requested. Our chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a personalised name sign, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can book a transfer on behalf of a friend, colleague, or client. Just make sure to include your details and their contact details fully and correctly and any relevant travel information required for the completion for the booking.

Do you offer loyalty discounts to customers that travel regularly?

Yes, we value our repeat customers. Regular travelers and corporate clients are eligible for exclusive loyalty discounts and priority booking benefits. Contact us to learn more about our loyalty program.

Can I make changes to my booking after confirmation?

Yes. You can modify or update your booking by contacting our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Please note, changes are subject to availability and extra charges may apply. Please refer to our company terms and conditions.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and professionally trained?

Absolutely. All our chauffeurs have undergone safeguarding and disability awareness courses, fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide discreet, professional, and punctual service.

Will I be charged extra for flight delays?

No. We monitor all flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no additional charge.

However waiting charges do apply 45 minutes after flight arrival:

A £20 charge will apply each additional 30 minutes after the 45 minutes waiting time allowance.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes, child booster seats are available upon request. Please specify your needs during the booking process so we can ensure the correct seat is installed and ready for the journey.

Are prices fixed or subject to change?

All quotes provided during booking are fixed, with no hidden fees. Pricing includes taxes, tolls, and standard wait time. Additional stops or changes to the drop off locations will incur charges.
