Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Boss Executive Transfers. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Services Provided

Our services consist of a range of pre-booked transfer solutions, including airport, executive, and wedding transfers; transportation for private events; as well as transfers for long-distance journeys, tourist attractions, and students. Please note that we do not accept or take any bookings for short, local, or in-town journeys.


3. Booking and Payment

  • Advance Payment: All bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Preferred Booking Window: We recommend booking and completing payment at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

4. Amendments

  • Free Amendments: Amendments made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
  • Late Amendments: Changes made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a £20 administration fee.
  • Additional Stops: May be added at an extra cost, subject to availability.

5. Waiting Time Charges

  • Airport Arrivals: The first 45 minutes after your flight lands are free.
  • After 45 Minutes:
    • £20 per additional 30 minutes
    • £40 per hour

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Less than 24 Hours: Non-refundable unless a valid reason with sufficient evidence is provided.
  • Just Before 24-Hour Window: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • More than 24 Hours: 20% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Should Boss Executive Transfers be prevented from fulfilling a confirmed booking for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we shall be responsible for providing a full refund of any payment received for the affected service. Furthermore, we shall make all reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative chauffeuring service at no additional cost to the client.

7. Last-Minute Bookings

We may accept last-minute bookings depending on vehicle and driver availability. These are not guaranteed and are subject to confirmation.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Notify us promptly of any delays or changes.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or flight delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.


10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the processing of your data for service delivery and marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by contacting info@bossexecutivetransfers.co.uk.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
